Final Sunday Jumping

Sunday 15th November will be our final Sunday afternoon jumping of the winter. We will start again in Spring and an announcement will be made nearer the time.

We may run a special event for Xmas - watch this space!

The classes are as follows:

Sundays from 1pm

• Clear Rounds (1pm to 1:30pm)
• Wobblies Class
• 55cm Class
• 65 cm open
• 75cm Open
• 85cm open
• Mini/Major Relay
• Glencart Grand Prix (this class will replace the 95cm Open)

Clear Rounds. £5 each and Classes £7 each. Mini/Major Relay £5 per entrant, £10 per team. If you don't have a partner lined up for the relay, don't worry, we will match you to another entrant. All teams must be Horse and Pony combination.

Thank you to all who came to compete on Sunday 30th September, really good fun.

The Mini/Major relat and the Glencart Grand Prix have proven to be so popular that we will be keeping them in our usual schedule for unaffiliated events. There will be no jumping this Wednesday.

As is usual at this time of year we will be moving to Sunday afternoons - beginning Sunday 6th September. Classes start at 1pm. We will continue to run at 1pm each Sunday, unless we have a special show planned. Classes from now on will be as follows for our Unaffiliated Showjumping:

Sundays from 1pm (Commencing Sunday 6th Sept.)

• Clear Rounds (1pm to 1:30pm)
• Wobblies Class
• 55cm Class
• 65 cm open
• 75cm Open
• 85cm open
• Mini/Major Relay
• Glencart Grand Prix (this class will replace the 95cm Open)

Another Extravaganza!

Our showjumping event on Sunday 23rd August was such fun and the classes so contested that we will be doing it again on Sunday 30th August.

In particular, the Mini/Major relay and the Glencart Grand Prix were two of the best classes I personally have ever watched.

We at Glencart would like to sincerely thank Sheena Roberts for generously supplying Trophies and Medals for the Mini/Major Relay and the Two Fence Challenge.

The schedule for this Sunday will be exactly the same as that on the 23rd (which is still available to download from the Documents & forms section), one change however to pricing for the mini/major relay class, as this confused me so much last week we have had to alter it.

All classes (except Mini/Major) are £7, the Mini/Major Relay will be £10 per team or £5 per entrant. Don't be put off if you cannot find a team, we will find a partner for you on the day. This is one of the most fun filled events we have ever held, in my opinion and I can't wait to see it all happen again this Sunday. If you missed it last week, join us. You will have the best time.

Obviously the 'High Pop' Trophy and others have been won and awarded, but there will be others to compete for on the day.

Unaffiliated Show Jumping tonight from 6:30pm. Classes start at wobblies (x-poles) and continue as follows;

55cm Clear Round

55cm Open Class

65cm Open Class

75cm Open Class

85cm Open Class

95cm open Class

1.05 Open is offered subject to entries and prevailing light.
